About Us

Our Mission
We empower community members and entrepreneurs across California to take charge of their future by launching micro businesses powered by AI and automation. We run high-intensity, in-person Launchpad Weekends that bring together local creators to learn, build, and connect. These signature events deliver hands-on tools, fresh inspiration, and high-quality relationships with some of the most inspiring people in the no-code, vibe coding, and tech entrepreneurship worlds.
Our Vision
At Micro Biz Launchpad, we envision a California where every community has the tools, support, and confidence to thrive in the AI economy. Never before in history have individuals had this much power to build one-person businesses with global reach. We work closely with city leaders and local organizations to bring these opportunities to life. Chapter by chapter, we’re building a grassroots movement that turns overlooked neighborhoods into hubs of creativity, resilience, and growth. We’re not waiting for others to solve our economic challenges — we’re creating the future together.
Our Commitment
We are committed to producing at least 1 Launchpad Weekend in the Sacramento area per Quarter
Planned Expansion
- Online offerrings to compliment in-person Launchpad Weekend events
- Bringing our Launchpad Weekend to more cities across California
- This growth must be organic and gradual to ensure consistent quality and participant impact
Diversity is key
We teach people how to build software. Software is used by people… not one kind of person, but multitudes of people from many backgrounds and perspectives!
That’s why we encourage programmers and builders from every background to join our Launchpad Weekends.
We also maintain a scholarship fund for those who cannot otherwise afford tuition. Applicants are considered based on need on a first-come, first-served basis.
